Born: October 1978. Spends early years sleeping and eating.

1991 -- Discovered Dad's as-yet-unopened magic book and learned first tricks for a school book report. Insists that the book report was proof of the benefits of education. Dad introduces him to firefighter and magician Butch Schoen, who becomes Mike’s lifelong friend and mentor.

1994 -- Started performing at various small events and restaurants around Toledo, Ohio. Entertains ConAgra, the Toledo Zoo, Thayer Chevrolet, and performs at the Potentate's Ball for Zenobia Shrine in Toledo, Ohio.

1997 -- Begins three-year career working for Ralphie's Sports Eatery and Grill in Toledo and Perrysburg, Ohio. After only a month, Maumee had significantly increased sales and repeat business. Next year he began three year career at Ralphie's Perrysburg where revenue eventually triples.

College: BS in History and Philosophy Eastern Michigan University 2001, Summa Cum Laude, on full Presidential Scholarship. Confounds philosophy professors by consistently proving that what we see often is far from the truth. Senior thesis focuses on the migration of magicians from around the world to Las Vegas, Nevada.

2001 - Named "Magician of the Year" by Toledo Society of Magicians. Creates and directs the first "Evening of Close-Up Magic" event, which becomes an annual event for the group. Noted as one of the most profitable events in the club's history. That year articles are published in Genii Magazine, MAGIC Magazine in the US. Also published in official newsletter.

2001 - 2005: Moves to Malone's Magic Bar at the Boca Raton Resort and Club. Entertains in one of the most elegant resorts in the world. Guest include hotel owner H. Wayne Huizenga, Miami Dolphin quarterback Dan Marino, Miami Heat star Shaquille O'Neil, noted business people, politicians, ambassadors, socialites, athletes, musicians, and film celebrities.

Learned the "business" of bar magic as well, dramatically improving his revenue enhancement strategy. Develops lifetime friendship with fellow magician Armando "The Honest Magician" Vera.

While at Malone's Magic Bar, begins performing his first events with Emerson, as well as General Electric, Circuit City, TJX Companies, JM Corporation, and a variety of country clubs and social events around South Florida.

2005- Malone's Magic Bar closes after Mr. Huizenga sells the hotel. Mike Duseberg, Inc. is fully formed. Having performed several events in the private rooms there, Mike begins his four year career at Buca diBeppo Italian restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The promotion -- the first of its kind in the Buca chain -- is an immediate and tremendous success.

2007, January - Identified by Palm Beach Life magazine as "A Palm-Beacher with Talent." Profiled in a very nice article for the magazine.

2009 – Mike marries the wonderful and beautiful Amanda Duseberg. Business expands to include trade shows, corporate meetings, hospitality suites, and charity golf events.

2011 – Invited back to the “Evening of Magic” event he created the Toledo Society of Magicians 2001 as the Guest Performer.
